Spore download keeps failing

Hi, I just contacted Help.EA, and i had a disk with spore on it and this woman installed it on my origin, and i got rid of all of my files, (I'm on windows 8.1 by the way) And when i logged in it still wouldn't have a download button, when i right click and press repair game i get a little screen that pops up in the corner like you would get if you had a origin friend that's playing a game, and it says "Spore download failed" And then i get a error message. PLEASE HELP! :catsad:
