Spore for Mac

HI,

I have purchased spore for Mac, running Mac OS X 10.11.1.

The game downloaded, when I first ran it I allow it to download all the patches and updated but when I run the game the splash screen popups for a few seconds and the game closes.

I'm running a MacBook Pro retina Mid 2012

    Hi @michaelkribus,

    It is important that you updated the game after the installation.

    1. Do a uninstall of Spore
    2. Re-Install Spore
    3. When the game tells that there are updates available and ask you, if you would like to update say "NO" . Thats a VERY important step
    4. Close Spore
    5. Start the game again an say "Yes" to all patches

    And if you're in the game, minimize the screen resolution.
