Umm My latest save is in the tribal stage but freezes when I load it up. Note: This is not my first save and I've been able to get to the space stage. The Game unfreezes when paused, and I can exit back to the MM. This started when I tried to ally with another tribe. If you can be of any help, any help at all, I would appreciate it thanks.

Delete the Graphic Cache.package, they often causes problems when it is too large.
Go under Users \ (username) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SPORE
Note: Disable hidden files, so you can see all the Spore files.
Go under menu Tools > Folder Options > View check "Show Hidden Files and Folders"

Make sure that you all the background tasks are closed, including your anti-virus program. Your Videocard Driver should up-to-date
Have you installed all the patches!
If all this doesn't work, write me your rig with the operating system

What exactly caused "the freezing tribal stage", is until now not known yet - it is a phenomenon. 🙂
Either a Spore Saves broken or your graphics card is too new for this old game.
