Spore Mac Exception Raised

I opened a case with the number 

19632185

If the case is still being read then you would know that I bought it on an account and I downloaded it and then I got the error 

"Exception raised

Unhandled page fault on write access to 0x0000000c at address 0x00e60501

Do you wish to debug it?"

I picked Yes and No and none of them work.

So I remembered I had an old account where I had Spore.

I went on the old account and I was told If I reinstalled Spore Then it would work. It didn't, it still showed me the same message

My case was closed before I could Continue it. Can someone please help?

    Hi.

    I bought Spore for Mac, but I also have "Exception Raised" message and cannot play the game. According to forums I should install patch to make it work, but there's no place where I can download it. All links for patches lead to www.spore.com but all that left there is the forum, and no patch files.

    Does anyone have Spore for Mac patch?
