Spore start new planet freezing game issue? Please help?

Spore start new planet freezing game issue? Please help? 

Downloaded Spore from Origin and register and downloaded the the patch.
after play for a while I'm about to start new planet i touch a new planet and the game freeze accept the mouse cursor the only way to get of this situation is to Ctrl Alt Delete task manager end processes. Please view video on YouTube. 
I tried to contact EA support they gave me few advice but non worked.
I wonder if any body out there had same issue and manage to fix the problem please leave comment .

Its happens in two systems one Z400 Workstation with Nvidia Quadro 4000 12gb ram DDR3 and the other Dell Optiplex 790 Mini tower intel i5 8 gb ram ddr3 and Nvidia GT610.

At first i have one Origin account and purchase the gave to 4 PC it get stuck every time. So i created an Origin account individually to each system and register the game to each system individual email account the game get stuck again.

It's seem to be not getting stuck if i uninstalled the game downloaded from Origin and install the original game from the original Spore CD 2008 using the product key i purchase on line and not downloading the Patch.

I'm sick and tired of trying to find solution for the issue not much help from EA support.
