Spore will not Install

I paid for the Spore game that is currently on sale for $5.99 and it will not install. It downloads fine and says I have enough room for it but eveerytime it gets to the install part, it says it's installing then it says it's complete. But when I click on the game, it says it needs to be installed. I have tried hitting the repair button on the game but that keeps pausing and not working. This is making me very angry and would like to have this fixed quickly or my money back.

I have a HP Laptop PC with Windows 7 and never had a problem with downloading and playing video games through this before.

    Did you ever find a fix? Man EA support really sucks.
