    @gonzalezfam1234 Hi,

    Your thread has been moved to the Spore forum, make sure to check through the existing stickies.

    Can you let us know what you experience on your screen when you attempt to open Spore?

    The more information you can provide, the easier it will be to assist you.

    Cheers,

    Nils

    I click on Spore and it churns and it looks like it will open and then it throws the error "Spore has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution if available."  I made sure that Origin had the latest version installed.

    Using Windows 10.

    @gonzalezfam1234  Hi,

    Can you try looking at your reliability monitor following the steps below:

    1. Press Win+R to open the run box
    2. Type perfmon /rel to open the reliability monitor.

    This opens a window where you can click on the error's visually shown (white X in red circle) to find the latest one related to Spore & Origin. Click show details and then paste the info that is listed in there in here.

    Cheers,

    Nils

  • I am suddenly having the same issue. Spore, the parts pack, and Spore: GA were installed and working on this computer previously.

    Looking at this output perhaps it is related to the recent ATI driver update (16.5.2) since I see a crash in "atiumdag.dll".

    The game does work on another Nvidia-based laptop.
