(Steam) Can't log in after re-installing game to new computer

So I played spore quite a lot on my old computer, and since I got a new computer, I re-installed all of my steam games on it. After booting up the game, I successfully logged in and was connected. After re-booting it a couple times (Changing the game's aspect ratio), the auto-login function stopped working, and told me that it couldn't access the servers. Logging in manually doesn't work.

I added Creepy/Cute and GA just fine, absolutely no issues. My copy of the game is already registered, so i can't register it to get it to work. I've ensured my internet connection is stable. What am I doing wrong, and is there a way to fix this?
