Support says my code has been redeemed (LOTR Conquest)

Hello

 

I'm trying to add this old game, which I purchased new back in 09, to my account but support says the game has been redeemed and refused to tell the account it was redeemed to

 

What can I do?

    Hey JuddV10​ sorry to hear that you are having issues.

    Our team is not able to discuss an account with you unless you can verify account ownership with them.

    If you are sure that you redeemed the code, then what you can do is open up the EA app sign-in page and hit Forgot Password.

    From there, you can begin entering any email accounts that you own to see if you can locate any secondary accounts and see if you can find the one where you redeemed the game code.
