Technical Support for Bejeweled Blitz.

I can't get Bejeweled Blitz to load properly on 2 different laptops.  That leads me to believe it's a technical problem with the game.  I can't find an easy way to get technical support from EA.

    Can you please let us know what is happening when trying to launch the game? If possible, please share a screenshot of the error message that you see.

    I don't know how to get a screen shot.  No error message shows.  The game just doesn't load properly.  To go to next game, you have to reload the whole game.  If you get a "bonus" in Keytone  like extra coins, the only way to get it credited is to reload the game and then check Items.  This is the same on 2 different laptops, so I'm reasonably sure it's a problem with the game software.  How do I get EA to go into my gameplay and check it out?
