Is there any staff that will reply?

At about 14:20 GMT I put in a case about my pre order items, the AI chat bot made a case for me and I’ve been waiting for over 9 hours almost 10 for a response? I’ve been playing all day and still not got the Icon,HOF player, Nor my free 2000FP,? It’s the first year I’ve had issues so I’m not bothered right now but just want it sorted, also just suprised my case has been open for so long with no response
