The purchased game was not launched, why can't I get a refund?
As shown in the picture, my bill does not support refunds even though the game has not been launched.
Unlaunched games can be refunded within 14 days, so why does it show that there are no eligible games for a refund?

Can someone tell me how to get a refund?
It is possible/likely that you used a payment method that is not refundable or have refunded the game twice already.
