Two of my Rare Gems won't load. Saying unavailable

Since they're not loading I can't use them. I keep accruing them but can't use them. I've been playing this game Bejeweled Blitz for maybe 15 years and have never had anything like this happen. It's ...

Fanzanite is not loading. It's greyed out and won't allow me to select it for champions game.
