I'm having the same issue. I chatted with someone from support a few days ago and they told me to try it through a PC and see if that worked, and if it did then to uninstall and reinstall on my phone.
Well, the gems do work on a PC, but uninstalling and reinstalling on my phone hasn't done anything. Now it's saying my Hutcrackers are maxed out, and I can't use them or the Fanzanite still.
They closed my case out saying it's resolved, and I can't figure out a way to talk to a person again.
