Very disappointed that this problem hasn't been fixed yet, I've been having the same issue. I'm wondering if they have finally shut down the spore servers.
@90texas Nope, spore servers are still up and running as i managed to log in and register with creature creator. It just wont work with my actual spore game T_T
I just bought the game from steam myself and it really stinks because I cannot register.
In the exact same situation, I thought having an existing EA account from For Honor would help but apparently not.....
