Unable to log in

<->it wont let me log in even withe good internet and the write email and password what is happening this happend when i first got the game and i have had this game 4 times now how can i fix it.

    Hi rune1973,

     

    Do you get an error message when you attempt to login? If so what does the message state?

    thanks for trying to reply but i maniged to sort it out withe an online chat from ea but there is something thats weired from all the videos ive seen of all those exalent creations ive seen there are not as many on spore encyclapiedea than i thought

    Could it be that the creatures you've seen are part of the DLC?
