What should I do if I lost the install disc for Spore?

I have contacted EA support in regards to this issue 3 times now. The first time the Adviser told me that I would have to purchase the game again through Origin as EA can't give me a digital copy of ...

@wellimlainey If you have the product key, have you tried entering it in Origin?
