Why no English language option in my region?

If you purchased the game through the EA app, the languages available should match the language of the region where you purchased it. In case you would like to check if it's possible to get another version, please reach out to EA Help for further assistance.

I already contacted EA Help about this issue, but they told me there's nothing they can do and advised me to come here to the forums for help from community managers. I purchased The Sims 4 through the EA app in Ukraine, and I was only given three language options: Czech, Polish, or russian. Unfortunately, I don't know any of these languages. I would really like to play the game in English if Ukrainian is not available. Is there any way to change the language to English?

How long ago was that, and did you also purchase DLCs?
The base game is currently free, so if you're in a different region right now, you can add the game again, which should grant you access to the game version available at your current location.A few years ago, when I first bought the game, I had the same problem and had to use mods to translate it. Since then, I've bought a lot of DLCs. I still haven't changed my location - I'm still in Ukraine. But I'm tired of relying on mods when the game itself should support English. I just want to play The Sims 4 in English, but for some reason I can't, even though I know the game exists in English.
