Wild Hearts Game Missing

Hello,  I was looking into my account and I notice it says I both have WILD HEARFTS and also don't have it at the same time, curious as to why? I see it under "owned games" in my support page but ...

    Hi there, sorry to hear you're having problems with a missing game. 

    A few things are worth checking first. Please make sure you’re signed into the EA Account where the game was originally purchased or redeemed, and check your Order History or EA Play membership if that’s how you previously accessed the game. You can also try clearing the EA app cache, restarting the app, or signing out and back in to refresh your Library.

    If the game is still missing after going through those steps, please contact EA Help using the Contact us option at the bottom of the article. The support team can take a closer look at your account and entitlements to determine why the game is appearing as owned but isn’t available in your Library.
