Cannot Access Gold Offers

I can no longer access the Gold Offers where advertising is displayed for gold. 
When I select the EARN button, it just repeatedly clicks and goes nowhere. I’ve restarted my iPhone and Real Racing 3 without any success. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
