Missing Gold RR3
I saw a mass message logging in on 1/18 that 1,000 gold was to be credited to my account with the game shutting down in 60 days but I do not see the 1,000 gold added and I have restarted and Re logged in multiple times. When i pressed cust serv about it, they basically said tough luck but that my request was important...but not important enough to do anything about, apparently. Anyone else experience this issue?
What they dont seem to understand is if the customer service is bad, why would anyone play another similar EA game when RR3 ends?
