Dirt 5

Hello, Good Day.

I am facing an issue with dirt 5. I have the steam version of the game, but whenever I launch it, after the intro of the game is over, I press A to go to the main menu, but the game freezes at the loading screen at that moment and I have to force quit the game. I checked drivers, windows updates, integrity of files, reinstalled the game, almost everything, kindly can you tell me if there is issue from your side or not so I have some kind of hope.
