Dirt Rally 2.0 - Can't select other people's ghosts

Hi, I'm having the following issue while playing Dirt Rally 2.0 on PC (Win 10):

In Time Trial mode, I go to Leaderboard -> Select a ghost of another player -> It shows 1/3 Ghosts selected under the rankings table -> I go to Select Ghost menu option -> There is only my personal best ghost available, without the selected one from the Leaderboard.

I've tried it with different tracks, cars etc. Can only see my own Ghost. Does anyone know how to fix that? Thx!
