Dirt Rally 2.0 - crash on logo

I'm having a problem with a DR2 on Steam. It worked fine before, but now it only flashes the logo before it crashes for seemingly no reason. I've tried deleting the hardware settings file like mentioned in the manual, reinstalling the game, deleting my Steam cloud save, reinstalling graphics drivers (as I've just changed GPUs recently, Nvidia to Nvidia), and verifying file integrity all to no avail. I found a post here about a similar issue that said to change the shader setting, but that doesn't work either. What else should I try? There aren't any error messages.
