Dirt Rally 2.0 - Time Trial PB Ghost time Incorrect

Question

My Time Trial PB Ghost time is not correct for Te Awanga Sprint Forward in H1 FWD.
I have seen two issues, first it glitched with my PB as the same PB as the second person on the leaderboard.

This happened after I cleared ghosts and then selected just the one ghost time. Instead of storing my PB and the Ghost Time, my PB was overwritten by the Ghost Time.

This has persisted for multiple days, through restarts, and verifying files in Steam.
When getting to the end screen of a race it shows the Flag of the Ghost, with my name beside it. However, when I actually set a PB it is recorded properly, but still shows the ghost time when I start the next attempt.

Yesterday it glitched again and has aspects of the ghost, but also a bug track time that is 20s faster than the WR.

I would just like my actual PB time to be correct so I can see my splits.
My game is not modded in any way.
