Dirt Rally 2.0 Steering wheel unresponsive after calibration

I am having trouble using my Logitech steering wheel in Dirt Rally 2.0. I was able to get it to work in the original Dirt rally but for some reason in DR2 the wheel is unresponsive. I tried the instructions provided by tech support with no change. I attached a screenshot of the instructions, Can anyone help me?
