I agree with both above. This is very substandard and unacceptable really. Please communicate with us and please make this situation better
This is really sad Kriss. I don't understand how Ea can call themselves a company treating their customers like this

Can we please get an update on the status? We are now about a week without being able to play our game..
- Was the extra information I supplied enough to go ahead and fix this? Is more needed?
- Have they now been able to identify the problem?
- If so, how long do they expect to need to solve the issue? (What is the end of the sprint in which a solution is expected to be delivered?)

As EA had to fix this exact same issue back in November last year...then surely this time they know what they are looking for and it can be sorted quicker this time?! Please?
