DLC Cars not showing up as available to purchase in Garage

Me to my friend I rung microsoft incase it was in relation to the global them issue they had, but I still have the issue even the starter car upgrades missing

I got the same problem as anyone else I bought 2 dlc cars and I tried everything to make them show up in my career garage but nothing.EA_Groguet​ please help I’ll be very grateful for your assistance.
