DLC Cars not showing up as available to purchase in Garage

shows that MS dont talk to eachother i contacted them 3 weeks ago today re this issue so both of them need to pull finger and sort it

from Xbox support agent : "this means that it's an in-game DLC issue that only the game's developer can resolve. At the moment, we at Xbox Accounts and Subscriptions have already reported the situation and we'll just have to wait, my friend! However, for more help, you can try contacting the game developer to request an update on the DLC issue and we'll get it resolved."
