Dynamic resolution, a cool feature, causes numerous graphical problems

Dynamic resolution makes the game look extra smooth when video capturing at 60fps. However, it also causes a ton of graphical problems. As it is, you can't use this feature because of how badly it breaks the game. Incorrect in-game camera offset (view is more toward the upper-left than it should be). Also a dancing box-shaped outline can be seen "dancing" as the resolution changes, particularly visible in wet sunset conditions.
