g29 No wheel tension off center

For about 20+ degrees of turn there is zero tension on the wheel.

Its like driving on ice.

Tension eventually comes in and is just right on a deep turn.

How do I get tension in the beginning of a turn?? (or driving straight? With small wheel movements)

I've searched around the net (tried many setups) and asked in Steam Forum, no help.

Its difficult to drive even going straight with no tension on the wheel.
