Since this happened to me while playing Red Inferno, I suggested they look at the 2 Ferraris with the same name, one being the 2019 Ferrari F1 car.
My biggest frustration is the loss of the previous week's rewards for OMP and WTT. Also means I cant get the rewards for completing all VP events, along with losing 6 days worth of daily check in bonuses.
It used to be Firemonkeys support would offer compensation for resources lost in such a case.
Nowadays they greet you with "No worries, we'll solve this for you" and later it's "No fix" case closed.
I have contacted 4 EA Help reps and only one seemed to have “tools” to assist me. I am hoping she means the tools to restore cloud saves like Firemonkeys used to do.
I am very worried that possibly nobody has these tools anymore and we will never be able to play this game again except if we clear all progress and forfeit our accounts.
The days of FM helping and compensating are clearly over, and now all we get is useless AI and chats suggesting generic FAQs like restarting device and reinstalling game etc.
They told me to use the in game Support button instead of EA Help, which I can only access if I delete the game, reinstall and DONT restore cloud save. I’m currently waiting for someone to respond there but I doubt they ever will. My last EA Help rep claims his “colleague” will “surely” respond to me soon.

They did reply in game under the Support button chat screen. Claim they restored to an older cloud save but unfortunately did not fix the issue. I asked for a cloud save from 1 day older than that one and let’s see what happens.
