Gold Offers Unaccessible

I recently posted this question. Thought it was resolved…unfortunately not. Does anyone have an answer?

Every few days when I attempt to access the advertising Gold Offers, it just repeatedly clicks and goes nowhere. I’ve restarted my iPhone and Real Racing 3 without any success. Then without any changes, it works again!  Are the Gold advertising Offers limited to a given gold amount each day? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
