Grid Legends 200+ hours lost all progress

Question

Got a message saying "your data is corrupt click here to repair it" "the repair failed"

Everything wiped on pc and cloud.

When I called customer service I was told that this was impossible.

I was on the phone with 3 different techs for 2 hours had to completely re-explain my situation 3 times even though I gave them the case number.

They made me reinstall the game even though I explained to them that the cloud data could not be found on any of my 3 gaming pc's.

"Do you want you game to work or not?" "Reinstall it I tell you" ...didn't work..

Then I find out that its a known issue at EA/Dice.

Wish someone would let the CS department know.

Hi&nbsp;@DE4D_L4ST&nbsp;Thanks for letting us know about the issue your running into with Grid Legends, To confirm after you received the error did you look multiplayer progress and unlocks (cars, decals, etc) or did you lose progress in the story mode?&nbsp;

Also to check which platform do you play off for PC (Steam, Origin, EA App)?

If you save your userdata folder that's where steam saves all your game progress I save mine every time I make progress in a game and I keep cloud disabled&nbsp;

The latest patch&nbsp; , "Switching accounts will no longer corrupt files". Guess I was not the only one..I had to restart from scratch 100+ hours to get back to where I was.

I had 166 hours in it. I can still see it in Origin for Windows in the details game Grid Legends.Still crying ansd I/m not gonna do it all over again I think.
