Grid Legends does NOT start at ALL.!

The video shows the error. (Yt takes a while to process)

And everything I've tried:

1. Reinstall ALL Drivers and Windows.

2.Game downloaded multiple times.

3.Tries to start as admin and tries to start in Comp. mode.

BUT NOGHTING WORKT.

Hardware and Software:

Windows 11 Pro 21H2 Build 22000.556
Intel XEON X5650

16 GB DDR3
GTX 970

1,08TB Free HDD Space.

Having the same problem. I'm using EA Play via Gamepass Ultimate (Xbox linked account), tried uninstalling EA App and while reinstalling it removed the Origin client.
But the problem persists. No error is being logged in Event Viewer. The game won't launch even if I run as administrator, directly in the executable.

@TurboXPT This is (still) exactly my problem as well. As a "bonus" I can no longer uninstall the game. Yay.
