I have claimed Grid Legends from Amazon gaming today. Linking Amazon gaming and Origin/EA account was successful but the game still is not showing in my game library.
I contacted Amazon gaming and we ran some troubleshooting that did not solve the issue.
I have opened a case on EA help, I am still waiting for the reply.
If you guys have any ideas that would be helpful.
Community AdminHey, the game currently isn't on the EA App for folks who grabbed it early, but we're working on it.
In the meantime you can download Origin and play via that app.
I am using Origin App not EA App. Try using Origin like @EA_David suggests. Sign out of any origin logins on your internet browser(s)

Can you restart your EA app and check the library again?

I did claim it, but it never showed up in my library.
Any update on this? Grid Legends is still not showing in my library. Only Mass Effect Legendary Edition and NFS Heat.
I have the same problem. Other games still show but not Grid. I checked both the EA app and the Origin one.
