Ion grid legends after 2 days of playing online w a friend it denied me the ability to play online. Unable to connect. The internet works just fine. It's a playstation 4. Restarted the game and the console multiple time. , deleted then re installed the game yet it would not allow me to play.
@EA_KentI find it astonishing that a Global company of EA's stature doesn't appear to have the in-house engineers/resources to resolve this server connection issue in a timely fashion. (5 days and counting). Perhaps it's time for EA to consider bringing in specialist external contractors to resolve this issue for them. Your prompt feedback would be very much appreciated.
I bought the game like 2 weeks ago... what a nice deal.
no wonder why now I'm waiting 6 months + to buy a game, half price : it's not even working.
I'll tell you what after this EA incompetence I wont be buying anything else of theirs. Was looking forward to their new golf game, but nope no buy from me I'll just stick to PGA2k23 now after this and I suggest people boycott this crappy company. As was said almost a week and nothing from them in a timely fashion. So screw em no more money from me anymore, EA sports it's in the game but their support is in the toilet.

It's an absolute disgrace that this has gone on as long as it has.
The very least they could do is contact us and keep us updated on what's happening.
I also think they should add at least 6 old tracks from Racedriver Grid to make up for this issue.
Milan, Washington, Detroit, Jarama, Spa and Nurburgring would be my choices, but I know they won't add any of them.
They could also make some paid DLC available, like they do with other games, that won't happen either.
This is so ridiculous im astonished.

Sadly there is no meaningful update to share with you at this time.
All we can say is that it is being worked on, and we're trying to fix it as quickly as we can.

I know it's very frustrating, but I guess we've just got no alternative but to wait patiently until EA finally finds the solution.
