GRID

I can't see the ultimate edition contents for GRID 2019 on PS4 (I'm on a PS5).  I bought the physical copy and got a code.  In the photo you can see it did go through that the ultimate edition was added to my account.  But in game or anywhere I cannot find a way to add it to my account.  The code said it would expire in 2029 FWI.  When I now try to put it in again it says it's been used... but as you can see it's been used by me.  I've tried reinstalling the game, I've tried restoring my licenses.  I've tried going into each season in game and it doesn't show a download button to download the DLC.  Thanks
