help with dirt rally 2.0

I'm new to this game can anybody please tell me how to stop the point of view from constantly changing. I have been able to set up my seat position and FOV but when I start a time trial my point of view keeps changing making it no good to play as it causes crashes. I found the c button on my keyboard but that will not lock in a point of view it just cycles through them. Thanks for any help
