How do you appeal an unfair ban in Real Racing 3?

I have been banned from Real Racing 3 for no reason.  They are saying it is for a currency cheat but I haven't done anything of the sort - all of my game currency has been legitimately earned.  The game just stopped connecting to the server and I didn't get the suspension warning message and code that you are supposed to get when you are banned, so I am convinced it is a glitch with my account.

I have an open support ticket with Firemonkeys but they are ignoring my questions as to how to appeal the ban, just repeating the same information that my account is locked and that I need to delete my save data and currency and restart the game from scratch when the ban is lifted.

This is unfair - I haven't done anything wrong and yet I am facing having to lose a year of progress.  I want to appeal this, but they won't tell me how.

If anyone from EA is reading this, please respond - this subsidiary company of yours is making you look very bad and unhelpful.
