Menu Lag

Issues with Real Racing 3 menu lagging. Music plays fine but scrolling through even going into events feels SUPER laggy. I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled, redownloaded and restarted device. All solutions are not working. I am not the only one with this issue.
