@Vaangan same problem on 3 devices (all androids 2 different accounts):
the light will turn green for me if there is no full lineup (100%) or in 1 of 20 races with 8 participants. if i touched the screen early then there just would be no timer. if i didn't touch the screen in first couple of seconds i would get "you have been disconnected from the race" message.
if the race started then in the middle of the race my opponents would freeze and i would see myself leading with a huge margin (which is lie). after i finish i will have to wait for several minutes with "waiting for opponents" message before "server is verifying results" message appears.
if the race didn't start and i leave the race after being disconnected by server or quiting the game then there would be no next race (players currently matchmaking - ) until i crash the game.

another problem - no free daily gold/R$ for watching ads since the update (2 accounts) but it's OK on the device with RR3 newly installed
