Online multiplayer not working on Real Racing 3

My device is Honor View 20 

Android 10 

When I start the app and go to OMP. I see online racers and I can start a race. When the grid is shown I'm the only one connected, and then I'm disconnected.

After this failure I'm not anymore able to start a second race. no online racers are connected. 

Same behavior since the beginning. 

I've reinstalled the game but no improvement.
