Please help me EA

I ve been playing Real Racing 3 for about 1 year on like 2 accounts beacuse I lost one.For about a month,after finishing a race,the pop out for servicing the car comes out and whatever I do I can not get rid of it and I need to restart the game everytime.I tried different troubleshooting methods but they did not work out.Also,I can t join some mission or races because sometimes I need to upgrade the car and the same pop up shows up and it s unfortunate because I would really like to play the game normally again as I once used to.

Please help me out anybody reading this.

Hopefully this reaches EA.
