Problems accessing Grid Legends
Grid Legends has been inaccessible for 90+ days, can we get a response as to if or when we will be able to play online again.

Hey oGHOSTDRAGONo, I'm sorry to hear that you cannot access Grid Legends.
Just to let you know, I've moved your post from the previous thread as this issue is related to a different game.
To help us understand what's happening, could you please let us know the platform you're playing on and what error message you get when trying to access the game?
It's been 3 months and 2 weeks, I just need you to tell me we will be back online for sure! I just keep getting replies from staff saying "we have told someone about your problem we'll be in touch" that's not enough 3 months and 2 weeks. No one can access their account on Xbox. We need to be told when the problem will be fixed.
Grid Legends is offline for xbox series x for me too, however Grid and other EA games are still working multiplayer. Hopefully they solve this issue soon, I really like Grid Legends.
I am hoping it doesn't take 6 months! 3 months 2 weeks is to long without knowing why. What other grid games are you playing online?
