Missing Gold RR3
I saw a mass message logging in on 1/18 that 1,000 gold was to be credited to my account with the game shutting down in 60 days but I do not see the 1,000 gold added and I have restarted and Re logged in multiple times. When i pressed cust serv about it, they basically said tough luck but that my request was important...but not important enough to do anything about, apparently. Anyone else experience this issue? What they dont seem to understand is if the customer service is bad, why would anyone play another similar EA game when RR3 ends?
Dirt 4 on Xbox Series S freezes and crashing right after the initial screen.
Every time I open Dirt 4 on my Xbox Series S, the initial screen appears asking me to start A, but when I press it, the game freezes and closes on its own. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but it doesn't solve the problem. I tested the game on a secondary account on the Xbox Series S itself, and the game worked perfectly, which shows that the problem isn't the console or this test account, so I'm almost certain the problem is related to the Racenet service and my main account, and something that causes the application to close on my console. Any ideas on how I can solve this and finally be able to play the game? The only time this game worked for me was in 2020 when it was still on Game Pass and also now at the beginning of 2026, but I could only do one race, because when I closed and reopened the game, it started having problems again, as you can see in the video below.Dirt 4 no Xbox Series S trava e fecha logo após a tela inicial
Toda vez que abro o jogo Dirt 4 no meu Xbox Series S, aparece a tela inicial onde pede para pressionar A, mas quando pressiono, o jogo congela e fecha sozinho. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente várias vezes, mas não resolve. Testei esse jogo em uma conta secundária no próprio Xbox Series S e o jogo funcionou perfeitamente, o que mostra que o problema não é o console e muito menos essa conta de teste, então tenho quase certeza que o problema está relacionado ao serviço Racenet e minha conta principal e algo nisso faz a aplicação encerrar no meu console. Alguma ideia de como posso resolver isso e enfim conseguir jogar o jogo? found out why it crashes after it's done loading game data and right as it's about to say 'connecting to paradise servers'. when it crashes the ea app says 'Your game failed to launch : An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later' It needs Origin installed to run, Origin doesn't even need to be logged in. my guess is BP Remastered uses a dll that was included with origin
