I've tried everything, every time i try Play the game it crash, rebuild the data from my console, deleted the save as well but its work just from another account (my wife for example) it seems when the game load my account then it crash and I can't play it

This forum does not work at all ... there is no answer from the developers, EA or anyone ... it sucks... for real ... is this how you treat your game fans? for real?
