PS5 Dirt 5 crashes right after start screen

I have all the latest updates on my console, I only have 4 total games downloaded on my console, this was really the main reason I got EA play, and everytime I open the game I get to the press x scre...

I tried asking for help through chat, didn't know this was a main problem till i checked here. Worked fine on my physical copy but I sold that when I saw the digital one on sale. Got that dloaded and now this. 

When I asked for more help than the standard link to basic non-game specific troubleshooting, I got this reply.... apparently I'm entitled for expecting the 4th copy of this game I own to work...

    Well if the "entitled" comment I got from them is anything to go by I don't think they are in a huge rush to fix it.

        Thinking it was just me, I re-installed Dirt5 multiple times, and finally in frustration reset and rebuilt my PS4 completely from scratch.

        I can confirm Dirt5 works when network is turned off, but fails at start screen, (after pressing X on start), when network is on.
