I have all the latest updates on my console, I only have 4 total games downloaded on my console, this was really the main reason I got EA play, and everytime I open the game I get to the press x screen at the very beginning, I press x and it crashes. I have deleted and redownloaded three times. Any ideas on how I can make this game work?

This is happening to me right now on my PC with the Steam client, reinstalling and restarting didn't help
