Real Racing 3 old IOS version save switch to new android phone

Hello I'm an old real racing 3 player. My old device is IPAD air 1 with IOS 12.5.7（the highest verion for this device）. I play RR3 with my WEIBO account log in in old days, the game version is 5.1.0[H1008]. Since the IPAD is too old to use and I have quit playing for almolst 5 years.

Now I have a new android device Honor magic 6pro. I want to play RR3 again, but have problem switching my old save. First I found RR3 is not available in Chinse section of Google Play, so I download the game in other ways, the version of RR3 is 12.4.1. Then I found WEIBO account is no longer supported in game. I have facebook and  Google play account, so I think maybe still I can get my old save. I open the old IPAD AIR's RR3, try to log in with my facebook account, but SAFARI shows an "too many redirects" error which stop me from log in. I tried with Google accounts again, but after I linking my accounts to RR3, the game still shows that  I'm not log in with google accounts. And doesn't respond any thing after I tried again with that green button.

My old save is very important to me, I've played it for more than 5 years, so I can't afford to play the game with a new account.

Any one can help me please?
